Remote Online Notarization

North Carolina sellers do not have to be physically present at closing. If you have already relocated, are traveling for work, or simply cannot make it to the closing table on the scheduled date, you have three legally valid options: Remote Online Notarization (RON), a Power of Attorney (POA), or a traditional mail-away package with a local notary.
