Final Walkthrough

During the final walkthrough, buyers should verify that agreed-upon repairs are complete, all systems are operational, no new damage has occurred since the inspection, and all personal property included in the contract is still present. In North Carolina, the final walkthrough is backed by Form 2-T Paragraph 11, which gives buyers the right to confirm the property is in substantially the same or better condition as when the offer was made.
