Brandon’s grandfather, Herman G. Alberti, founded The Oceanaire Realty in 1979. Brandon's brother, Doug Yopp, reestablished the firm in September 2017. The Oceanaire Realty currently covers 37 counties throughout the state, providing unprecedented coverage and a unique position to help families from the Triangle to the Coast.

April Comstock serves as the closing manager for The Oceanaire Realty and works alongside Brandon in assisting every client. Once under contract, April helps facilitate the collection and disbursement of information to and from the client to various parties, including their closing attorney and lender. With nearly 20 years under her belt as a licensed agent in North Carolina, April provides seasoned experience and skill in helping to guide clients to the closing table.
